We're hiring for Senior Modeler - Miscellaneous Steel in Hosur location.

Hosur (On-site)

Experience:

5-8 Years

Role Overview:

Responsible for modeling miscellaneous steel components in Tekla according to ASIC standards. Work under the Senior Lead, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Model miscellaneous steel components based on project drawings.
Ensure models comply with ASIC standards and internal quality checks.
Coordinate with the Senior Lead for task priorities and deadlines.
Support junior team members with technical guidance when required.
Identify potential modeling issues and report to the Senior Lead.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in Tekla Structures with ASIC standards.
Strong skills in miscellaneous steel modeling and detailing.
Detail-oriented and able to deliver error-free models.
Good coordination and communication skills.

Department-Specific Requirements:

1. Ability to interpret complex miscellaneous steel drawings.

2. Experience in creating accurate shop and fabrication drawings.

3. Knowledge of standard practices for connections, fittings, and supports in miscellaneous steel.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Standards:

Strong knowledge of ASIC / AISC / IS standards is mandatory.

Software Skills:

Proficiency in Tekla Structures (latest versions preferred).
Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting tools is an added advantage.
Experience in GA, fabrication & erection drawings, connections & assemblies.
