We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Mobile App Developer (Flutter)

who is confident in independently developing, deploying, and maintaining

Android and iOS applications

. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Flutter, with proven experience taking applications from

concept and design all the way to production deployment and live publishing

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ownership, can work with minimal supervision, and has a strong track record of building scalable, user-friendly apps from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain advanced applications for both

Android and iOS

using

Flutter

. Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect applications. Take full ownership of the mobile app lifecycle -- from

initial setup, development, testing, deployment, to publishing live apps

on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Optimize app performance, ensure robust security, and handle cross-platform challenges. Integrate with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services. Stay up to date with the latest mobile technologies, frameworks, and Flutter updates. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance. Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and other stakeholders when required.

Requirements

4-6 years of professional mobile app development experience

, with at least

3+ years in Flutter

. Strong expertise in

developing and publishing Android and iOS apps individually

. Proven ability to build apps from

scratch to production release

. In-depth knowledge of

Flutter SDK, Dart programming language, and state management approaches (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.)

. Strong understanding of

mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design

. Hands-on experience with

Firebase

, push notifications, and in-app purchases. Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket). Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment (preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira/Trello. Experience integrating analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics).
