Salary Range:

?45,000 - ?60,000 per month (based on experience & skillset)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

Build and deliver cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter with clean, maintainable code.

Define and enforce best practices for architecture, code quality, and performance across Android and Flutter projects.

Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to plan and ship new features and improvements.

Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and user experience across multiple devices.

Conduct and participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive continuous technical improvements.

Integrate REST APIs and manage asynchronous data streams effectively.

Required Skills

Android:

Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM/MVI architecture, Coroutines/Flow, and dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger/Koin).

Flutter:

Proven experience building and deploying cross-platform apps, including state management (Provider/Bloc/Riverpod).

Expertise in REST APIs, Retrofit/OkHttp, and secure data handling.

Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development workflows.

Deep understanding of app lifecycle, navigation, and advanced debugging/performance profiling tools.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge of native iOS development (Swift/SwiftUI).

Familiarity with cloud services like Firebase, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Experience in publishing and maintaining apps on Play Store and App Store.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
