Position - Senior Machine Learning Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

Design, develop, and deploy ML models for Deep Learning, classification, regression, recommendation, or computer vision tasks. Lead experimentation, performance tuning, and benchmarking of ML algorithms. Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines and ensure data quality. Work with software engineers to productionize models and build APIs or inference systems. Monitor and maintain model performance in production (MLOps, A/B testing, retraining workflows). Mentor team members and promote best practices in model development and code quality. Translate business problems into data science solutions and communicate results to stakeholders.

Hard Skills

Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning. Strong experience with Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in SQL and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, DVC, Airflow, etc.). Proficiency in

Git, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend testing frameworks

. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills to optimize performance and user experience.

Experience in deploying models at scale in a production environment. Understanding of responsible AI, bias mitigation, and explainability frameworks. Domain-specific experience in satellite imagery is a plus. Publications, open-source contributions, or patents in ML fields are desirable.
