1) Hire a Data Management Executive (DME) who is good in Excel,python sql excel bi TOOL
2) He should have good knowledge of different excel formulas
3) He should have knowledge of Macros if possible
4) Thorough knowledge of Excel or Google sheets
5) Should know pivot tables
6) A background in Mathematic will help
7) Implement IMS system and all automation in the organisation
8) Good Typing Speed
9) Male only preferred
10 ) Timing 10 to 7
