We are looking for a driven

Senior MIS & Data Analytics Executive

to handle MIS functions, analytics and data operations at ANSA Interiors.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of MIS frameworks that track project metrics, vendor performance, cost control, resource utilisation and site progress across multiple design & build projects. Collect, cleanse and integrate data from design, procurement, site execution, client invoices and vendor management systems to create consolidated dashboards. Deliver actionable insights via standardised reports, visual analytics and ad-hoc data requests to senior leadership and project managers. Automate recurring reporting tasks (Excel macros, scheduled dashboards, notifications) and drive continuous improvement of MIS processes. Monitor key KPIs (budget vs actual, cash flow, project margins, vendor lead times, resource utilisation) and flag deviations for corrective action. Ensure all data repositories, project logs and documentation follow established governance protocols and are audit-ready. Provide training/guidance to junior staff or team members on data entry standards, reporting templates and best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commerce or related discipline.

4-8 years of hands-on experience in MIS, data analytics, reporting preferably in interiors, architecture, construction or project-based services.

Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, macros, dynamic dashboards); working knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio.

Ability to translate complex data into intuitive reports and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, process-oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Based in/ready to commute to Mayapuri Phase I, New Delhi for a 6-day work week.
