Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Expert to design, implement, and support SharePoint solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments (SharePoint Online). The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, PowerApps, and SPFx, with strong solutioning and architecture skills to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly collaboration solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy solutions using SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online.

Build and customize applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Platform components.

Develop custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts, extensions, and integrations.

Lead the solutioning and architecture for new SharePoint implementations and migrations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Administer and manage SharePoint environments, ensuring performance, security, and availability.

Provide technical guidance and best practices for SharePoint governance and content management.

Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.



Required Skills and Qualifications



Strong hands-on experience in SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and SharePoint Online.

Expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, etc.).

Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.

Experience developing with SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.

Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, workflows, and site structures.

Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end SharePoint solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.



Good to Have



Experience with Azure AD, Graph API, or Microsoft Viva.

SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certifications.

Exposure to migration tools like Sharegate or Metalogix.
