Job Description

Pupa Clic is looking for a

Senior Microsoft Power BI Specialist

to join our growing analytics team.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to

design, develop, and deploy complex Power BI dashboards

that deliver actionable insights and support strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

data modeling, SQL, and end-to-end BI report development

, and a proven track record of creating high-impact, data-driven visualizations connected to live databases.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

interactive Power BI dashboards

and reports. Connect Power BI to various

databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, etc.)

and manage data refresh pipelines. Create optimized

DAX queries

and measures to ensure performance and scalability. Collaborate with internal teams to

analyze requirements

and translate them into technical BI solutions. Implement best practices for

data governance, visualization standards, and security

. Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power BI reports and datasets.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of hands-on experience

with Microsoft Power BI. Strong command over

DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced Excel functions

. Solid understanding of

data warehousing, ETL processes, and database schemas

. Experience with

database connections, APIs, and real-time reporting

. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
