Dynamics 365 Developer
to join our digital transformation team and help deliver a critical project: migrating a multi-business-unit contact centre from Telstra TIPT/Webex to
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Contact Center, fully integrated with D365 Sales, Power Platform, Azure Communication Services, and future-ready AI agentic capabilities (Copilot, Azure AI, Bot Framework).
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center for multiple business units
- Design and implement case management, escalation, and routing logic across voice, chat, email
- Integrate D365 Contact Center with D365 Sales, Membership CRM, and legacy systems
- Implement and extend AI features (Copilot, Agent Suggestions, Smart Summaries, Sentiment Analysis)
- Work with Azure Communication Services, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps
- Configure Omnichannel Engagement Hub
- Ensure data security, compliance, identity management
- Set up CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Document solution architecture and specifications
- Support pilot rollout, training, and hypercare
Required Skills and Experience
Core Dynamics 365 Experience:
- 5+ years with Dynamics 365 CRM (CE/Sales/Customer Service)
- D365 Contact Center configuration experience
- Power Platform expertise
- JavaScript, C# plugins, custom workflows
- Case and SLA management
Communication & Integration Skills:
- Azure Communication Services, telephony routing
- Integration with Zendesk, APIs
- Microsoft Dataverse, Custom Connectors
- Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus
AI & Automation:
- Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, Bot Framework
