Position Summary Should be willing to work on shifts including night shifts on a rotational basis, to meet business objectives. Shift timings are subject to change as per job requirement. Position Skills Microsoft 365 Cloud services - Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Apps suite. Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Exchange Mail and other user mailbox, shared mailbox configuration and support. Familiarity with Active Directory Synchronization tool (AADConnect), Azure AD. Experience with managing SharePoint sites, OneDrive through admin portals and should have worked on issues related to ODfB/SPO sync client. MS Teams issues related to one-on-one chat and team in MS Teams SharePoint Administration, working with SharePoint developers including design, development and architecture. Understanding of Power platform, architecture, licensing and support models Experience with SharePoint Framework, building sites in hybrid environments, developing and administrating. Understanding of Data protection, DLP, Cloud Security concepts Understanding of modern device management and application virtualization concepts. Understanding of networking and routing concepts, DNS, DHCP. Experience with Public Key infrastructure (PKI), digital signature and electronic signatures Experience working with Public Cloud platforms, (Azure) preferably with a focus on PaaS services. Understanding of Microsoft authentication, authorization, and modern applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities Providing operational and engineering support to usersgroups across Bechtel on Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration services (SharePoint, exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Web Apps, Forms, Power Platforms etc.) Maintaining service levels and providing technical guidance to others where required. Assist support and operations teams with documenting related knowledge base articles suitable for use within and outside of the group. Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow, UI extension, page layouts, themes, and display templates. Coordinate testing, validation, and production change information with external vendors and internal IT and Business partners. Work with IT security to define and establish appropriate role-based access to SharePoint Online resources, including a review of current access and the implementation of appropriate revisions and governance. Basic Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related field AND at least 4 years of IT experience Over 4 years of hands-on experience with M365 technologies working with reputed organization(s). Working experience with Azure and other SaaS and Cloud Computing methodologies. Position Knowledge and Abilities Excellent communication skills, including experience in writing and presentation skills, as well as reviewing technical documentation. Broad understanding of the technology stack including security, network and server infrastructure & protocols and associated application technologies including database, web and analytics elements Experience in supporting collaboration technologies infrastructure in a mid-large sized company or multi-location company, preferred. Strong interest in continuously learning and understanding the newest technologies, and how they can be integrated into Bechtel\'s infrastructure.
