This role is pivotal in steering our sales campaigns to new heights through the strategic use of Facebook Ads. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring our portfolio of multiple Indian e-commerce brands thrives in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Full-time Remote Senior Meta Ads Buyer. The Senior Meta Ads Buyer will be responsible for:

Strategize, launch, and scale high-impact sales campaigns on Facebook, tailored for the Indian e-commerce space. Conduct deep-dive brand research to accurately identify and target potential customers. Collaborate closely with our in-house design team to craft compelling ad content. Utilize Facebook and Google Analytics to rigorously analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team, providing regular training and development opportunities. Lead by example, inspiring your team through proactive guidance and hands-on campaign management.

Qualifications

Proven Experience:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook ad campaigns for multiple Indian e-commerce brands, with a clear track record of driving sales growth.

Brand Scaling:

Has experience in creating dynamic strategies and can scale Indian E-commerce brands well.

Deep Expertise:

Proficiency in all aspects of Facebook Ads Manager, including advanced targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing methodologies.

Analytical Prowess:

Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Facebook Analytics, and a history of making data-driven decisions to continually enhance campaign performance.

Leadership Skills:

Outstanding leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities, with experience in training and managing a digital marketing team.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Facebook Ads certification is highly regarded.
