We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior MERN Stack Developer

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can take ownership of projects, lead a small team, and deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

, along with leadership capabilities to mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Lead a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of features and projects. Architect efficient and reusable front-end and back-end systems. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to define, design, and ship new features. Review code for quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Implement secure APIs and ensure best practices in authentication and authorization. Manage database design, optimization, and performance tuning in MongoDB. Integrate third-party services and APIs as required. Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications. Maintain clear technical documentation and project reports. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Handle version control, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines effectively. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile development practices. Ensure applications meet performance, security, and reliability standards.

Requirements

Minimum

3+ years of professional experience

in full-stack development using MERN stack. Strong proficiency in

JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

, and modern frameworks. Solid understanding of

RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

. Hands-on experience with

state management libraries

(Redux, Context API, etc.). Proficient in

Node.js backend development

and Express.js framework. Strong experience with

MongoDB schema design and aggregation pipelines

. Knowledge of

version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab)

. Familiarity with

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues. Experience in

leading a team, code reviews, and mentoring developers

. Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be able to join

immediately at our Sakinaka, Andheri East office
