Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the
MERN stack

Lead the technical architecture and contribute to strategic decisions for the product.
Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices.
Optimize application performance, including REST APIs and database queries.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and DevOps tools.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5-8+ years of professional development experience with the
MERN stack

Strong proficiency in
React.js
, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and state management (Redux/Context API).
Deep knowledge of
Node.js

Express.js
, and building RESTful APIs.
Experience working with
MongoDB
, schema design, indexing, and aggregation pipelines.
Strong understanding of microservices, modular architecture, and design patterns.
Solid experience with
Git
, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
