We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior MERN Stack Developer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering robust web applications, having successfully completed at least 10 projects. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack Write reusable, testable, and efficient code Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Integrate data storage solutions such as MongoDB Implement security and data protection measures Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external use Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests Work closely with project managers to define project requirements and timelines Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile and web applications Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to enhance application functionality Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance Manage deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications Ensure code quality, organization, and automation Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes Handle version control using Git and GitHub/GitLab Work with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Implement real-time data processing and websocket integration Conduct performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation Analyze and resolve technical and application problems Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle Provide timely updates on project progress and challenges

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in MERN stack development Proven experience in at least 10 completed projects Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js Experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API integration Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms Familiarity with server-side templating languages Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding of Git and version control workflows Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles Knowledge of performance optimization and best practices Understanding of deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes Familiarity with Agile methodologies
