SENIOR MERN STACK DEVELOPER

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services

Build responsive, user-friendly UI components using React

Lead technical design discussions and architecture decisions

Guide and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Product)

Integrate third-party APIs and services

Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS

Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment

(Bonus) Work on or integrate Machine Learning models into applications

Required Skills

4+ years of experience with MERN Stack

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience with Node.js & Express.js

Hands-on experience with React.js and modern state management

Strong knowledge of MongoDB and database design

Experience with Git/version control

Understanding of REST APIs and web security best practices

Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
