We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is an expert in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with strong system architecture skills and the ability to guide teams, own solutions end-to-end, and deliver high-quality, production-ready code.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack.
Architect scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
Develop responsive, modular, and maintainable frontend components using React.js.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems, and cloud services.
Write clean, testable code with unit, integration, and E2E tests.
Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and DevOps to deliver features on time.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with strong debugging skills.
