Job Overview:

We are seeking a

MERN Stack Team Lead

who is not only a strong technical contributor but also a capable leader to guide and mentor our MERN stack developers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and building full-stack applications and is ready to take responsibility for delivering scalable and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of MERN stack developers in designing, developing, and deploying web applications. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture. Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in coding, performance, and security. Guide team members through technical challenges, code reviews, and project planning. Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Stay updated with the latest development trends and tools in the MERN ecosystem. Ensure timely delivery of projects with a focus on quality and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

. 3+ years of full-stack development experience using the MERN stack. Proven experience in leading a team or project. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and web security best practices. Proficiency with version control tools like Git. Experience with deployment tools and cloud services like AWS, Firebase, or Heroku is a plus. Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Understanding of DevOps practices.
