Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Senior MERN Stack Developer

with strong expertise in both

Frontend (React.js)

and

Backend (Node.js)

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using

React.js

and

Node.js

. Design and implement

RESTful APIs

and integrate with front-end components. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with designers, QA, and product teams for seamless delivery. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.

Technical Skills Required:

Frontend:

React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS

Backend:

Node.js, Express.js

Database:

MongoDB (Mongoose ORM) Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture Experience with

Git/GitHub

, deployment on

AWS / DigitalOcean / Azure

Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines

and

Docker

(preferred)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Minimum

5 years

of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer
