Job Title: MERN Stack Developer

Qualification: B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology)

We are looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer with 3-4 years of experience in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in working across all components of the MERN stack--MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js--and should possess a solid foundation in web development principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other team members to ensure seamless user experience.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills:

- Proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

- Experience with front-end libraries like Redux.

- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

- Understanding of REST APIs and their integration with front-end services.

- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex tasks.

Qualifications:

- B.Tech degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- A passion for learning new technologies and improving technical skills.

Preferred:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
