Senior MERN Stack Developer, 5-8 yrs exp , Kochi

Job Summary
The role involves end-to-end development of web applications, backend architecture, team mentoring, and technical decision-making. The candidate will play a key role in guiding development teams and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack(MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS Implement server-side rendering and performance optimization using Next.js Build responsive and reusable frontend components Lead and manage a team of developers, including task allocation and progress tracking Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior team members Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and project managers Participate in architecture design, sprint planning, and technical discussions Ensure application security, performance, and scalability Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions Required Technical Skills 5-8 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js Experience with NestJS framework Solid knowledge of Next.js (SSR, SSG, routing, optimization) Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices Strong understanding of databases, data modeling, and query optimization Experience with Git and version control workflows
Additional Skills (Added Advantage)Leadership & Training Requirements
