We are looking for an experienced

Senior Merchandiser

to manage and coordinate the complete merchandising cycle for our uniform manufacturing division. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of fabrics, costing, production processes, and client coordination, especially in school, corporate, and industrial uniforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end merchandising for uniform production (School, Corporate, Industrial, Hospital uniforms). Coordinate with clients for sample approvals, fabric selection, trims, colours, and size sets. Prepare costing sheets, quotations, and consumption as per order requirements. Manage sampling process--ensure timely development of proto samples, fit samples, and PP samples. Follow up with production, cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, and finishing teams. Maintain T&A (Time & Action) calendar for all running and new orders. Ensure raw material sourcing, vendor management, and timely delivery of fabrics and accessories. Monitor production status and ensure delivery deadlines are met. Resolve any quality issues in production and coordinate with QA team. Maintain buyer communication, email follow-up, and order documentation. Work closely with procurement, store, and dispatch departments for smooth workflow. Prepare daily reports, order status sheets, and MIS updates for management.
