10-15 years in merchandising (woven garments preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end merchandising process from product development to shipment.
Coordinate with buyers for approvals, clarifications, and updates.
Understand and execute buyer requirements and tech packs efficiently.
Monitor and manage sampling, costing, production tracking, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams: sampling, production, quality, and logistics.
Work with vendors/suppliers for trims, fabrics, and accessories sourcing.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with buyers and production teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and TNA (Time and Action) planning.
Analyze order feasibility, costing, and margin management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Fashion, Apparel, Textile, or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in woven garment merchandising.
Strong knowledge of woven fabrics and garment construction.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in email writing, Excel, and TNA management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience in handling international buyers (Europe/USA preferred).
