Visual Merchandising:
Leading the arrangement of furniture and accessories on the sales floor to create attractive, "lifestyle" displays that align with marketing strategies and current trends. This involves an understanding of interior design principles.
Inventory & Planning:
Monitoring warehouse inventory, organizing stock, creating layout plans (often using AutoCAD), and ensuring the timely introduction or removal of products.
Market Analysis:
Analyzing sales data and gathering information on market trends and customer reactions to products to inform future buying decisions.
Team Leadership:
Managing, guiding, and training showroom staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising guidelines.
Customer Experience:
Addressing customer concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and assisting customers in selecting the right products.
Showroom Maintenance:
Maintaining the overall appearance, organization, and quality of the showroom floor, including managing display lighting and ensuring merchandise is correctly priced and in good condition.
Sales & Operations:
Overseeing sales transactions, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with store policies and operational standards.
