Key Responsibilities
Handling buyer communication and understanding buyer requirements.
Product development, sampling follow-up, approvals & costing.
Coordinating with production, quality, fabric, and trims departments.
Preparing T&A (Time & Action Plan) and ensuring timely order execution.
Managing order booking, consumption, BOM, and production planning.
Ensuring on-time delivery with required quality standards.
Vendor management, sourcing of fabric, trims, accessories.
Maintaining reports (WIP, order status, daily production tracking).
Skills & Qualifications
Graduation in Fashion/ Apparel/ Textile (preferred).
5-8 years of experience as Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser in Garment Industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction & production processes.
Proficiency in Excel, Email communication, and order management.
Ability to handle multiple buyers and orders independently.
