We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer who will be responsible for supervising MEP execution activities at site and supporting maintenance operations when required. The candidate should ensure smooth coordination between site teams, contractors, and management while maintaining quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with civil team, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Monitor material usage and ensure proper site handling.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Support maintenance activities when required and troubleshoot MEP-related issues.
Prepare daily / weekly progress reports and update management.
Assist in testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of MEP systems execution and maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
Good site coordination and team management skills.
Experience in residential / commercial building projects.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting, email).
Good communication skills.
