Job Description

Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and estimates received from consultants for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements. Conduct site visits to monitor execution of MEP works and guide site teams on approved methodology and quality standards. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, and technical data. Assist in resolving technical issues and discrepancies during execution. Support engineering and commercial teams in reviewing MEP contractor bills and quantity verification. Assist in updating and maintaining MEP-related details in ERP systems. Ensure coordination among Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and allied services.

Day-to-Day Activities

Review drawings, BOQs, and estimates. Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for technical clarifications. Attend coordination meetings and site reviews. Provide technical guidance to site teams. Support billing verification and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 8-10 years of experience in MEP design review and site execution for building projects.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting systems. Drawing review, estimation, and site coordination skills. Knowledge of quality standards and execution methodology. Good communication and coordination abilities. Working knowledge of ERP, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
