Urgent Hiring - Senior MEP Engineer

Qualification:

B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical (Mandatory)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Senior MEP Engineer

with strong expertise in

HVAC, Fire-Fighting systems

, and complete

MEP execution & commercial handling

including

RFQ, BOQ, and billing

. The candidate should be capable of independently managing site activities, drawings, coordination, and contractor billing.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise installation and execution of

chillers, pumps, cooling towers, HVAC piping, plumbing & fire-fighting systems

. Review, prepare, and modify

MEP drawings, layouts, and system designs

. Prepare and float

RFQs

, carry out technical comparisons, and assist in vendor finalization. Prepare and review

BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates

. Handle

RA bills, running bills, final bills

, and measurement verification. Ensure execution as per

approved drawings, specifications, IS codes, NBC, and safety norms

. Coordinate with

clients, consultants, architects, civil & electrical teams

. Monitor

quality control, site safety, and project schedules

. Attend project meetings and provide technical support. Support

testing, commissioning, and system handover

. Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and

as-built drawings

. Identify design gaps and suggest

value engineering solutions

.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

HVAC, Fire-Fighting & Plumbing systems

Expertise in

MEP drawings, calculations, and execution

Hands-on experience in

RFQ, BOQ & billing management

Proficient in

AutoCAD

(Revit/MEP tools preferred) Excellent

coordination, site management, and communication skills

Ability to handle projects independently
