These methods should improve real-world performance, scalability, and dependability. - Meeting performance and reliability standards: You will focus on Telco industry performance and reliability needs. This includes providing RAN solutions with high data throughput, low latency, strong connectivity, and reliable and consistent performance. - Cross-functional team and partner organization collaboration and communication are crucial. To accomplish project milestones and deliverables, you will build relationships, align goals, and coordinate. - You\'ll help VMware\'s platform integrate partner RAN software, improving RAN capabilities, network performance, and customer happiness. RAN and VMware\'s platform, especially Kubernetes, are essential for this function. Candidate should have 8 to 12 yrs experience. Understanding RAN protocols, interfaces, and features will help build and deploy integration solutions. Your knowledge of VMware\'s platform, especially Kubernetes, will help deploy and manage containerized RAN applications. You will use Kubernetes orchestration and containerization principles to optimize deployment procedures, resource consumption, scalability, and resilience. Technical expertise and good communication and collaboration abilities are needed. You will collaborate with software developers, network engineers, and project managers to align goals, troubleshoot difficulties, and provide integrated RAN solutions that satisfy Telco industry performance and reliability standards.
