- Add and maintain projects using RPM\'s in-house project- and time-tracking software RTracker for RPM and Winfund Business Units;
- Complete all project maintenance tasks in accordance with the timeframes outlined in the corporate service level agreement;
- Track and update project life cycle status and send notifications to CS and Management teams;
- Gather data analysis to create management tools to provide insight and support to the management team;
- Uploading documents to our R Tracker system;
- Following up and tracking Work Orders;
- Documenting process changes;
- Document fit and finish;
- Convert QCCs;
- Track IAs and send status updates;
- Update our French translations;
- Process resource booking requests;
- Run and update weekly defect list for management team;
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
