Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance. Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions. Advises customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

Skills & RequirementsInnovative and technological thinking At least one year of experience with software development in Java Basic knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL Ability to operate with autonomy, initiative, and ownership Good analytical skills Well organized with structured approach - ability to act decisively, prioritize workload and adhere to deadlines Flexible to changes in direction and open to new inputs and new thinking Good written and spoken English language To a reasonable extent the job involves overtime required for operational reasons

Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
