Listen to and transcribe physician dictations into written reports Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with hospital documentation standards Edit and proofread medical documents for clarity and correctness Support MRD/Health Information Management in maintaining patient records
Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Medical Transcription or related field Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices Good typing speed, attention to detail, and confidentiality awareness
