Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical products.
Manage accounts effectively by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Engage in B2B sales activities to drive revenue growth within assigned territories.
Utilize negotiation skills to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools, including Word and PowerPoint, to communicate sales strategies and results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful account management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Experience in outside sales with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in understanding complex medical products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
