Job Description

JD For MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES:

Promote and Sale Pharmaceutical Products to Healthcare Specialist, Including Doctors, Pharmacists and Hospitals while the assigned Territory.

Conduct regular Visits to healthcare facilities to meet with Specialists, Present product information and address enquiries.

Provide detailed product Knowledge, including features, benefits and usage guidelines , to healthcare Specialists.

Build And Maintain Strong relationships with healthcare specialists to enhance product awareness and generate sales.

Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or Recommendations.

Monitor Market trends, competitor activities and customer Feedback. To gather insights

And provide feedback to the company.

Collaborate with internal Teams, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement effective promotional Strategies.

Attend industry conferences , seminars and workshops to Stay updated with industry trends and expand Professional Networks

Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, sales activities and market intelligence in the designated CRM System

Adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines set by the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance in all interactions and activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Business Administration or a Related field(or equivalent experience)

Record of Success in sales, Preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry or Healthcare industry ensuring compliance in all interactions and activities.

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effective engage with the healthcare practices.

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet sales targets within the assigned Territory.

Proficiency in using CRM Software and other sales Tools.

Valid driver's license and Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
