Identify and develop new business opportunities with pharma marketing, P2P, and export companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present company's manufacturing capabilities, certifications, and product range effectively.
Handle inquiries, costing, quotations, and contract negotiations.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (Production, QA, Regulatory, Dispatch) for timely client deliveries.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business potential to drive strategy.
Represent the company at pharma trade shows and industry exhibitions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy / Science / Business Management.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales / CDMO / third-party manufacturing / pharma business development.
Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing processes, costing, and documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Result-oriented with a proven track record in business growth.
Ability to travel for client visits and market development.
