Responsibilities

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests and procedures.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Document findings and maintain thorough records of all tests and procedures.
Provide technical support and training to junior technicians.
Assist in the development and optimization of laboratory protocols.
Collaborate with research scientists on various projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a laboratory setting.
Strong understanding of laboratory safety and best practices.
Experience with laboratory equipment and procedures.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
