Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 2.5 to 3.5 years in medical billing, with expertise in claims management and AR follow-up.
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical billing software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
