Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end medical billing processes, including claim submission, denial management, and accounts receivable follow-up. Ensure accurate coding and compliance with payer guidelines. Monitor claim status and resolve discrepancies promptly. Coordinate with insurance companies for claim resolution. Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and team members regarding billing issues. Prepare periodic reports on billing activities and outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 2.5 to 3.5 years in medical billing, with expertise in claims management and AR follow-up. Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding. Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical billing software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
