Perform
in-process and final inspections
of machined, fabricated, welded, and assembled aerospace components.
Lead
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
, root cause analysis using
8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa
, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Drive continuous reduction of defects, rework, and scrap.
Ensure proper configuration control of drawings, revisions, and quality records.
Maintain accurate quality documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records
Mentor junior quality engineers and inspectors.
Support customer audits, inspections, and issue resolution.
Ensure on-time delivery with full quality compliance.
What we are looking
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering_ or related field*_
8+ years of experience in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing*
Experience with precision machining, fabrication, welding, and assemblies*
