We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Senior Production Manager to Lead our Production Team, overseeing the manufacturing of transformer tank bodies and complex mechanical components and assemblies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in heavy fabrication transformer tanks line production management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning: Develop and impliment production plans, ensuring timely delivery of transformer tanks.
Team management: Lead and manage a team of production engineers, supervisors, and operators.
Process Improvement: Identify and impliment process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Quality control: Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
