Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - Production & Maintenance

About Us

SolidTeam Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a leading company in automated and mechanized car parking systems. We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer at our Rasayani factory who can oversee production, handle maintenance, supervise shop-floor activities, and work with technical drawings, with strong knowledge of auto parts and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily production operations in the factory. Prepare and interpret AutoCAD drawings for production and installation. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment. Apply knowledge of auto parts and mechanical assemblies in production and repair. Guide and Supervise workers and technicians. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. Maintain accurate records for production and maintenance. Coordinate with design and service teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 1-3 years of experience in production/maintenance (freshers with strong skills may apply). Good knowledge of auto parts, hydraulics, and mechanical systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. Willingness to work in a factory setup and supervise teams.

Salary & Benefits
