Instruct on workshop discipline, occupational safety, 5S methodology, machine operations (SMAW welding, gas cutting, HF hand grinding, drilling, tapping, milling, lathe operations).
Conduct practical sessions with focus on safety and precision.
Carry out monthly tests, fortnightly progress reporting, and quarterly appraisals in coordination with supervisors and managers.
3. Examination & Compliance
Organize practical exams for Apprentice Trainees as part of All India Trade Test (AITT) per government guidelines.
Prepare question papers, raw materials, conduct exams, evaluate, and prepare mark sheets.
Manage apprenticeship data and claims submission for MATS & NAPS schemes, including e-KYC and E-Shram card updates on government portals.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of apprenticeship training programs and government compliance.
Experience in technical training in mechanical/engineering trades.
Proficiency in conducting assessments and evaluations.
Ability to handle multiple administrative and training tasks effectively.
Basic computer skills for data entry, report preparation, and portal management.
