Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Junior Mechanical Engineer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining paper cup and paper bag manufacturing machinery. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in machinery operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor paper cup and paper bag manufacturing machinery. Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and repairs to machinery as required. Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Ensure machines operate efficiently, meeting quality and production standards. Maintain records of machine performance, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and output. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 4-5 years of experience in operating and maintaining paper product manufacturing machinery (paper cups/paper bags). Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
