Objective

Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance

: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all critical machinery and equipment.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

: Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.

Root Cause Analysis

: Investigate recurring failures and implement corrective actions to eliminate root causes.

Machine Optimization

: Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wear.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repair histories.

Spare Parts Management

: Ensure availability of essential spare parts and manage inventory levels.

Compliance & Safety

: Adhere to safety standards and ensure machinery complies with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
