Mechanical Engineer
who can strengthen our process reliability, equipment performance, and production discipline.
Role Summary
We are looking for a
Mechanical Engineer
who can lead and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust production systems. The role involves improving process efficiency, ensuring machine reliability, maintaining SOPs, and supporting lean manufacturing initiatives on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, document, and implement
SOPs
for production, maintenance, and quality control.
Conduct regular
machine and process audits
to identify areas for improvement.
Plan and execute
preventive maintenance
to ensure minimal downtime.
Support the implementation of
Lean practices
(5S, SMED, Kaizen, TPM).
Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve stable, repeatable processes.
Analyze machine failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain proper documentation of process parameters, maintenance logs, and improvement records.
Train and guide shop-floor staff to follow process and maintenance systems.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering
.
5-10 years of experience in a
manufacturing plant
(preferably fasteners or precision engineering).
Strong understanding of
machine maintenance, process improvement, and system discipline
.
Hands-on experience with
lean manufacturing tools
and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently, take decisions, and enforce discipline on the shop floor.
Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork.
