Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operation, maintenance, and deployment of
road construction machinery and equipment
Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of plants and heavy equipment
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for machinery servicing and spare parts
Monitor equipment performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance cost control
Support project sites with technical inputs related to mechanical systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines
Assist in planning equipment mobilization and demobilization for projects
Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and equipment logs
Support procurement and technical evaluation of mechanical equipment
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of
road construction equipment
(Hot Mix Plant, WMM Plant, Pavers, Rollers, Batching Plant, Crushers, etc.)
Experience in maintenance planning and equipment management
Knowledge of safety standards and operational best practices
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Ability to coordinate across multiple project sites
Preferred Candidate Profile:
M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
5-15 years of experience
, preferably in
road construction / infrastructure projects
Prior experience handling
construction machinery and plant operations
will be highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
