- Graduate Mechanical Engineers with 7 - 10 years of Engineering experience
- Strong knowledge and experience of using Creo modelling- family tables, Pro Program, Mechanisms Drawing creation: Mandatory
- Experience in new product development process, electromechanical background and basic FEA knowledge a plus
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Must be able to work on their feet, quickly assessing a problem and work in a structured manner to develop solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Expected to maintain a close, working partnership with other functional departments
- Good working knowledge of PPAP, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and other product development associated techniques and tools
- Good knowledge on different manufacturing processes
