Job Description

Design and develop conveyor systems, mechanical structures, and related components using CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Design and develop belt conveyor systems and other material-handling equipment for industrial applications. Create conceptual designs, layouts, and detailed engineering for conveyor systems. Perform calculations for capacity, power, belt tension, pulley sizing, shaft design, and structural frame design. Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and BOM. Conduct load analysis, strength analysis, and review designs for accuracy and manufacturability. Improve conveyor design efficiency, reduce material costs, and enhance performance. Research and apply new materials, technologies, and design methods to optimize systems. Understand fabrication processes such as welding, machining, and structural steel work. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Maintain clear documentation and ensure quality standards in all design activities.
