About The Job:

• We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MDM Developer / Integration Specialist with expertise in Profisee and Stibo STEP platforms.
• The ideal candidate will have deep experience in developing and integrating MDM solutions, ensuring data quality, and driving performance optimization across data pipelines.
• This role demands a strong understanding of MDM architecture, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and system performance tuning.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead the design and architecture of MDM solutions, considering scalability, performance, and integration requirements.
• Design and develop MDM data models, workflows, match/merge rules, and hierarchy configurations in Profisee and Stibo STEP.
• Implement and optimize integration pipelines between MDM and source/target systems using APIs, ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Talend), or custom services.
• Configure survivorship rules, business rules, and workflow automations.
• Analyze and tune data ingestion, transformation, and publishing performance across MDM platforms.
• Optimize API performance, batch loads, and match/merge processing.
• Review and troubleshoot long-running processes, memory/CPU issues, and process scheduling.
• Work closely with MDM Architects, Data Stewards, and Governance Teams to translate business rules into technical configurations.
• Collaborate with DevOps or Infrastructure teams for deployment, scaling and monitoring.
• Support data quality rules, profiling, and stewardship dashboards.
• Enable audit tracking, error handling, and exception management.
• Create and maintain technical design documentation, integration specifications, and operational support guides.
• Provide support for testing (UAT, SIT), incident resolution, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of overall experience in data integration, MDM, or enterprise data platforms.
• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on with Profisee and Stibo STEP.
• Strong experience in MDM implementation, customization, and integration.
• Proficient in building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or Talend.
• Deep knowledge of API integration (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and batch jobs.
• Solid understanding of MDM concepts: survivorship, match/merge logic, golden records, and data stewardship workflows.
• Hands-on experience in performance tuning, system diagnostics, and data throughput optimization.
• Familiar with SQL, stored procedures, and performance analysis of queries.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based MDM deployments (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and metadata management.
• Exposure to DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and tools like Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of data modeling tools like ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or Stibo's STEP Model Designer.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certifications in Profisee, Stibo STEP, or MDM tools (preferred).
• Azure Fundamentals or Data Engineer certifications (a plus).
