Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons for students in grades 6-12. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and instructional materials that meet educational standards and objectives. Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Stay updated with the latest developments in Maths education and incorporate innovative teaching methods and tools into the curriculum. Provide additional support and tutoring to students who need extra help understanding Maths concepts. Participate in departmental meetings, professional development programs, and school events. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and academic environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field from a recognized university. Proven experience in teaching Maths to students in grades 6-12. Strong knowledge of Maths concepts, theories, and practical applications appropriate for middle and high school students. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning styles and backgrounds. Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms is preferred.
