Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and industrial trends.

Conduct competitor analysis and SWOT assessments.

Develop & implement sales strategies to achieve & growth targets for welding consumables.

Forecast sales volumes & plan inventory accordingly.

Lead & manage team of sales officers

Manage distributor & dealer networks.

Plan promotional activities (trade shows, digital campaigns, B2B outreach)

Collect feedback from sales and customers to improve products and marketing efforts.

Build and maintain a strong brand presence in the manufacturing sector.

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales targets.

Manage digital campaigns (SEO, LinkedIn, email marketing).

Organize and represent the company at industry expos, conferences, and customer meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
